As a long-time resident of Suffolk County, Vivian is an expert in residential real estate and also specializes in active adult communities on the East End of Long Island. Vivian is Broker/Owner of Gateway to the Hamptons Real Estate and proudly holds a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, as well as Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Buyers Representative (CBR), and Certified Short Sales Specialist (CSSS) designations. She is a member of the Long Island Board of REALTORS®(LIBOR), New York State Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® and served as one of the Directors of the LIBOR Central Suffolk Chapter. She earned her undergraduate degree in Finance as well as a Masters of Business Administration.
